Delivery conditions

Chichkhane Jewelry Shop ships Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed the next business day after your order is received.

• Shipping Methods:

Chichkhane Jewelry Shop offers three shipping methods: the first is via ARAMEX, a courier company that delivers to your home; the second is via the Tunisian Post Office with Rapid Poste parcel delivery; and in some cases, we deliver via our own courier. For shipments outside Tunisia, we ship via DHL Express.

• Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are displayed before you make your purchase. We offer free shipping* under the following conditions:

*Free shipping for orders to Tunisia with a total value exceeding 300 Tunisian Dinars. Whenever possible, we offer the safest and fastest shipping method, even if this means a higher shipping cost.

• Delivery time:

We ship packages the first business day after receiving your order. If you order before 12:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, we process your order and ship your package the same day. You will receive your package within 24 hours of shipment. Please note that all shipments outside of Tunisia are estimated to take between 3 and 7 days (depending on the destination country).

• Shipping damage:

Bijouterie Chichkhane is responsible for your order until it is delivered to you and in perfect working condition.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us to report the issue and include it in your return package. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will replace your purchase as quickly as possible. If we cannot replace your item, you will receive a refund for the full amount paid for the product, in the same payment method and account originally used for the purchase.

• Item Lost in Shipping:

If your order has not arrived after 3 business days from the shipping date, simply contact us and we'll take care of the rest.
