Article 1 - Prices

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Dinars, including all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs, and remain valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
1.2 - All orders must be paid in Tunisian Dinars, Euros, or US Dollars.
1.3 - Bijouterie Chichkhane reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
1.4 - The products remain the property of Bijouterie Chichkhane until full payment is received.

Article 2 - Orders

Orders can be placed through our website: www.bijouterie-chichkhane.com, our official Facebook and Instagram pages "Chichkhane Bijouterie," via phone or WhatsApp at (+216) 97 507 510, by email at contact@bijouterie-chichkhane.com, or in our physical store.

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed via email once your order has been validated.

Article 3 - Order Validation

By clicking the "Validate" button at the end of the ordering process, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.

For security reasons, all orders paid by check may be subject to verification by our services.
Bijouterie Chichkhane reserves the right to request proof of identity or residence for orders paid by bank or postal check. The order validation will be postponed until these documents are received and/or verified.

If these documents are not received within five (5) days from the date of the request, the order will be considered automatically canceled. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Bijouterie Chichkhane constitutes proof of all transactions between Bijouterie Chichkhane and its clients.

Article 4 - Availability

Our product offers remain valid as long as they are displayed on the screen, subject to available stock, except for promotional operations explicitly stated on the website.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You may then modify or cancel your order within 15 business days, and we will proceed with a refund of the product and any applicable shipping fees if the payment has already been processed.

Article 5 - Payment

Purchases can be paid in cash, by bank check, or by bank transfer.
For payments by check or bank transfer, Bijouterie Chichkhane will process the delivery only after receiving the payment (for check payments, always include a photocopy of your ID).

Delivery times mentioned on the website will be calculated from the day following the receipt of payment. Therefore, we recommend sending your payment within two (2) business days of order validation.

Article 6 - Customer Support

Need information or assistance with ordering a product on our website? Contact our Sales Service from Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays).

Article 7 - Intellectual Property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations, and images displayed on the Bijouterie Chichkhane website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws worldwide.

According to the Intellectual Property Code, usage is strictly limited to private use, unless otherwise stated or subject to stricter provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any other use constitutes infringement and is subject to legal sanctions unless prior authorization is obtained from Bijouterie Chichkhane. The complete or partial reproduction of the Bijouterie Chichkhane catalog is strictly prohibited.

Bijouterie Chichkhane cannot be held responsible for any force majeure events, disruptions, or strikes (partial or total), particularly in postal services, transportation, communications, natural disasters (floods, fires), or any obvious errors.

Bijouterie Chichkhane assumes no responsibility for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products, such as business losses, loss of profits, or missed opportunities.

Customers are responsible for backing up any data stored on purchased products. Bijouterie Chichkhane cannot be held liable for data loss or related damages. The inability to use a product due to hardware incompatibility does not entitle the customer to any compensation, refund, or liability claim against Bijouterie Chichkhane.

Bijouterie Chichkhane is only responsible for the content of its website pages.

Article 9 - Warranty

Products purchased from Bijouterie Chichkhane come with the warranty specified on the product's page on the website. Additionally, you are entitled to legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with applicable laws, for a minimum duration of one year.

To claim a product warranty, you must provide the purchase invoice along with the product.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Disputes

This contract is governed by Tunisian law.

Depending on your preferences when creating or reviewing your account, you may receive offers from our company or partner companies associated with Chichkhane. If you do not wish to receive these offers, please inform us via email.
